Johnny always wants to be sure you are happy and bug-free. He goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. The customer service is also 5-star. The people in the office who answer the phones (I wish I could remember all their names), to the supervisors I've spoken with, they all care about your service and your experience with Cardinal. We left Orkin for Cardinal and have never looked back. If you've not found a service you love, try Cardinal; you'll never look back.
