Johnny and every technician with this company are amazing! Johnny in particular takes care in helping educate us on things we need to know to prevent pest invasion, checks traps for us when we’ve had mice issues, gives us fruit fly traps when we’re dealing with that and will come inside and spray our thresholds when we’re dealing with insect issues in the spring/summer in particular. He is very personable and trustworthy & Thorough! One time a technician came by and sprayed and it rained right after and he was available to come back the next day to redo application complementary! You will not be disappointed with this company or with Johnny!

Brian came to service my HVAC on a hot Saturday. He was knowledgeable about my system and was able to find the problem and offer solutions. He was also familiar with the manufacturer warranty process and we made a plan to take advantage of that benefit. The pricing for the service and the upcoming warranty repair was fair. It was comforting to have service from someone who clearly is an expert and able to communicate that clearly.

Brian was absolutely amazing and was very knowledgeable and explained how the temperature should be set for cooling the house properly. He cleaned everything from the attic to the outside unit. I highly recommend Brian and the team at Cardinal. I’ll be using Cardinal for any A/C issues in the future. Today was just a checkup on the system.

We've used Cardinal for years for termite and pest control. We had some issues with ticks early in the summer, and Roman came out and treated our lawn. We have had no issues since. Roman and the office staff are always kind and professional. I highly recommend Cardinal!
